Acrid Semblance gets onstage at 8:00 pm
Grey and Saurian are the title sponsors for the Battle of Bands or the Mary Jane Green Fields competition at Thomso Festival 09 at IIT Roorkee.
The final two bands selected from the competition gets the opportunity to open for the amazing hardcore band Benea Reach from Norway and the melodic death metal wonders from Delhi, Acrid Semblance.
The winner from the finals at Wargasm gets a record deal with the Grey and Saurian Label.
Experimental alternative punksters The Circus have released First Cut, a sampler of their upcoming album From Space! The CD contains songs off the album, a bunch of killer remixes and topped off with an audacious cover of Black Eyed Peas!
The CD will be available at the Great Indian Rock festival 2009. To get your copy, look for Shashwat or Ashwin at the Grey and Saurian stall, and you shall have it. It costs a mere Rs 100. You can also get exclusive Undying Inc and Bhayanak Maut merchandise at the stall.

Grey and Saurian bands Undying Inc, Scribe, The Circus and Bhayanak Maut are playing at the Great Indian Rock festival 2009, along with international headliners Intronaut, Solstate and Benea Reach!
Also, mosh mongers Rabbit Is Rich, who are opening on Day One of the Delhi leg, had their demo recorded and produced at the Grey and Saurian production house by Anupam and Keshav. They are also currently in the process of recording their debut EP with us.
